Sharing Booty from Conquest

SUMMARY: The Prophet (ﷺ) gave a share of the booty from the conquest of Khaibar to those who attended it, but not to those who did not.

Narrated Abu Musa: We came upon the Prophet after he had conquered Khaibar. He then gave us a share (from the booty), but apart from us he did not give to anybody else who did not attend the Conquest.

QUICK LESSONS:
Be generous with your resources & rewards; Value loyalty & hard work; Be fair & just when distributing them among others; Reward people for their efforts; Respect justice & fairness .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad's generosity and justice in distributing booty after a successful conquest. After conquering Khaibar, he gave a share of the spoils to those who were present at the battle, but not to those who were absent. This shows that he was fair and just in his distribution of resources and rewards, as well as generous with his companions. He also showed that he valued loyalty and hard work by rewarding those who had fought alongside him in battle. This teaches us that we should be generous with our resources and rewards, while also being fair and just when distributing them among others. We should also value loyalty and hard work by rewarding people for their efforts.
