QUICK LESSONS:
Follow Islamic teachings regarding food consumption

EXPLANATIONS:
On the day of Khaybar, Allah's Messenger, peace be upon him, prohibited Muslims from eating garlic and donkey meat. This hadith teaches us that we should abstain from certain foods that are prohibited in Islam. We should not eat any food that is not permissible according to Islamic teachings. Eating such foods can lead to physical and spiritual harm for us as Muslims. The Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, was very clear about what is allowed and what is forbidden in terms of food consumption for Muslims. He wanted us to stay away from anything that could potentially cause harm or damage our faith in any way. By following his teachings we can ensure our physical health as well as our spiritual wellbeing.
