EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about a journey that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ took with his companions in the year of Al-Hudaibiya. All of them assumed a state called 'Ihram' except for one companion named Abu Qatada. Ihram is an Islamic term which refers to a special spiritual and physical state that Muslims enter into when they are performing Hajj or Umrah, two types of pilgrimages to Makkah. It involves wearing two pieces of white cloth for men, abstaining from certain activities such as cutting nails or hair, and refraining from certain behaviors such as arguing or fighting. This hadith teaches us about the importance of following religious practices even when we are traveling on journeys with our loved ones. It also shows us how important it is to be mindful and respectful towards others while we are on our travels.
