Respect places of worship , Protect them from any harm or destruction , Follow in the footsteps of prophets , Take their example as guidance for our own lives .

The hadith narrated by Anas bin Malik tells us that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) declared the area between two mountains in Medina, known as Hijr, to be a sanctuary. This is similar to how Abraham made Mecca a sanctuary. A sanctuary is an area that is protected and respected by all people and no one should harm or cause any destruction within it. This hadith teaches us about respecting places of worship and protecting them from any harm or destruction.
