QUICK LESSONS:
Be generous with your possessions; Use your resources wisely; Be content with what you have; Do not hoard goods or money; Help those in need when possible.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith warns against hoarding, which is the act of collecting and storing large amounts of goods or money. It teaches us that if we do this, then Allah will withhold from us. This means that He will not give us the blessings and rewards that He would have otherwise given us if we had been generous with our possessions. We should instead use our resources to help those in need and be generous with what we have been blessed with.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ also taught us to be content with what we have and not to strive for more than necessary, as this can lead to greediness and selfishness which are both traits disliked by Allah. We should remember that all our possessions come from Him, so it is important for us to use them wisely in order to please Him and gain His blessings in return.
