EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith highlights the importance of feeling secure in one's family and being in good health, as well as having enough provision for one's day. It emphasizes that these three things are equivalent to possessing the entire world. This means that if a person has these three things, they should be grateful for their blessings and not take them for granted. Furthermore, it teaches us to prioritize our physical and mental wellbeing over material possessions or wealth. We should strive to maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating nutritious food, exercising regularly, getting adequate sleep etc., so that we can enjoy life’s blessings without worrying about our health or security. Additionally, this hadith encourages us to be content with what we have instead of striving after more wealth or possessions because true happiness lies in appreciating what we already have rather than chasing after something else.
