The Fainting of Abu Hurairah due to Hunger

SUMMARY: Abu Hurairah was so hungry that he would faint in the mosque of the Prophet Muhammad and people thought he was insane.

Muhammad bin Sirin (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) said: "I would fall in swoon between the pulpit of (the mosque of) Messenger of Allah and the chamber of 'Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) and every passer-by would put his foot on my neck thinking I was insane. I was not insane but I was awfully hungry". Al- Bukhari.

QUICK LESSONS:
Show Compassion To Those Who Are Less Fortunate Than You
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about a man named Abu Hurairah who used to faint in the mosque of Prophet Muhammad due to hunger. People would pass by him and think he was insane because of his behavior. However, it turns out that he was just extremely hungry and not actually crazy. This hadith teaches us how important it is to take care of our physical needs such as food and water before we can take care of our spiritual needs such as prayer or worshiping Allah. It also shows us how much compassion people should have for those who are less fortunate than them; even if someone looks like they are acting strange or out-of-the-ordinary, we should still show them kindness instead of judging them harshly without knowing their story first.
