Strive for moderation and balance when it comes to our faith.

This hadith is a warning from the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ about being too strict in matters of faith. He said that those who insist on hardship are ruined and repeated this three times to emphasize his point. This hadith teaches us that we should not be overly strict when it comes to religious practices and beliefs as this can lead to ruin. We should instead strive for moderation and balance when it comes to our faith so that we can stay on the right path.
