EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about enduring hardships and being patient in difficult times. It was narrated by Az-Zubair bin 'Adi, who said that he went to Anas bin Malik and complained to him of suffering at the hands of Al-Hajjaj. Anas replied that they should show endurance, for no time will come but will be followed by one worse than the present one until they meet their Lord. He heard this from Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ). The Prophet's advice was to remain steadfast in difficult times, as it is a test from Allah which must be endured with patience. We must remember that Allah knows what is best for us, even if we cannot understand it at the time. We should also remember that all things are temporary; nothing lasts forever except Allah Himself. Therefore, we should strive to do our best in every situation while trusting in Allah's plan for us.
