EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks to the importance of staying in the mosque until after prayer has finished. It was narrated by Abu Sha'tha' and Abu Hurairah that they were sitting in a mosque when they heard the Mu'adhdhin call out for prayer. A man then stood up and started walking out before it was over. Upon seeing this, Abu Hurairah said that this man had disobeyed Abul-Qasim - a reference to Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. This shows us how important it is to stay in our mosques until after prayer has finished as leaving early would be considered an act of disobedience towards Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. We should also remember that we are not only praying for ourselves but also for our community so leaving early would mean missing out on those blessings too!
