QUICK LESSONS:
Show respect when near a grave; Visit graves regularly; Pray for those who have passed away; Remember them in our hearts

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith, narrated by Abu Hurairah, teaches us that it is important to respect the dead. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said that it would be better for someone to sit on a live coal which will burn his clothes and get to his skin than to sit on a grave. This means that we should not do anything disrespectful or inappropriate when near a grave, such as sitting or standing on it. We should also remember that those who have passed away are no longer with us and we must treat their graves with respect and dignity. We can show our respect by visiting their graves regularly, praying for them, and remembering them in our hearts.
