EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is narrated by Ibn Mas’ud and it talks about the warning given by Prophet Muhammad ﷺ against those who are known as Al-Mutanattiuwn. Al-Mutanattiuwn are people who do not accept advice or guidance from others and they do not take any action to improve their lives. They are content with their current situation and do not strive for betterment in life. The Prophet ﷺ warned that such people will be ruined in this world and the hereafter if they continue on this path. He repeated this thrice to emphasize his point that one should always strive for betterment in life through taking advice from others, learning new skills, and working hard towards achieving success. This hadith teaches us that we should never be complacent with our current situation but instead work hard to improve ourselves so that we can achieve success both in this world and the hereafter.
