Rejecting Ill Omens

SUMMARY: The Prophet (PBUH) never believed in ill omens.

Buraidah (May Allah be pleased with him) said: The Prophet never took ill omens. Abu Dawud.
وعن بريدة رضي الله عنه أن النبي كان لا يتطير‏.‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه أبو داود بإسناد صحيح‏)‏‏)‏

This hadith is about the beliefs of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. He never believed in ill omens and superstitions. This hadith teaches us to reject any superstitious beliefs we may have and instead put our trust in Allah alone.
