EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about how one should take care of their hair according to Islamic teachings. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ saw a boy with some portion of his head shaved and some left out, and he prohibited them from doing that. He said that one should either shave the entire head or leave it all intact. This teaches us that we should not do anything in between when it comes to our hair; we must either keep it all or remove it all. It also shows us the importance of following Islamic teachings in our daily lives, even when it comes to something as small as taking care of our hair.
