Do good deeds with sincere intentions .

This hadith is about the reward that comes from doing good deeds for the sake of Allah. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said that if someone shoots an arrow for the sake of Allah, they will receive a reward equal to freeing a slave. This means that even small acts done with sincere intentions can be greatly rewarded by God.
