Celebrating Remembrance of Allah

SUMMARY: This hadith explains that when a man and his wife perform two Rak'ah Salat together during the night, they are recorded among those who remember Allah.

Abu Sa'id and Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with them) reported: The Messenger of Allah said, "When a man awakens his wife during the night and they both perform two Rak'ah Salat together, they are recorded among the men and women who celebrate remembrance of Allah". Abu Dawud.
وعنه وعن أبي سعيد رضي الله عنهما، قالا‏:‏ قال رسول الله ‏:‏ ‏ "‏إذا أيقظ الرجل أهله من الليل فصليا أو صلى ركعتين جميعًا كتب في الذاكرين والذاكرات‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه أبو داود بإسناد صحيح‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of remembering Allah in our lives. It was narrated by Abu Sa'id and Abu Hurairah may Allah be pleased with them, that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said that when a man wakes up his wife during the night to pray two Rak’ahs of salat together, they will be recorded among those who remember Allah.
