Starting Tahajjud Prayer with Two Short Rak'ah

SUMMARY: The Prophet (ﷺ) advised to start Tahajjud prayer with two short Rak'ah.

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet said, "When one of you gets up at night to perform (Tahajjud) prayer, let him start Salat with two short Rak'ah". Muslim.
وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه، أن النبي ، قال‏:‏ ‏ "‏إذا قام أحدكم من الليل فليفتتح الصلاة بركعتين خفيفتين‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه مسلم‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
