QUICK LESSONS:
Have a regular routine when it comes to spiritual practices; Take time out for prayer every day; Stay connected with Allah SWT
EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was known to have a very strict routine when it came to sleeping and praying. He would sleep during the early part of the night and then wake up for salat or prayer in the latter part. This is an example of how important it is to have a regular routine when it comes to our spiritual practices. It also shows us that we should not neglect our spiritual duties even if we are tired or busy with other things. We should make sure that we take time out for prayer every day so that we can stay connected with Allah SWT.
