Obligation of Taking a Bath Before Friday Prayers

SUMMARY: Taking a bath before coming to Friday prayers is obligatory for every adult.

Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah said, "Taking a bath (before coming to Friday prayers) is obligatory on every adult". Al-Bukhari and Muslim.
وعن أبي سعيد الخدري، رضي الله عنه، أن رسول الله ، قال‏:‏ ‏ "‏غسل الجمعة واجب على كل محتلم‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏)‏
