QUICK LESSONS:
Take time for oneself and one's family, make time for spiritual activities such as praying at home .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of praying at home after attending the congregational prayer on Fridays. It was narrated by Ibn 'Umar that Prophet Muhammad ﷺ did not pray in the mosque after attending the congregational prayer on Fridays, but instead went back to his house and prayed two units of prayer there. This teaches us that it is important to take time for ourselves and our families even when we are busy with religious obligations such as attending congregational prayers. We should also remember that our homes are places where we can find peace and solace from worldly distractions, so it is important to make time for spiritual activities such as praying at home even when we have other obligations outside our homes.
