The Importance of Salat

SUMMARY: Neglecting Salat is considered as disbelief.

Shaqiq bin 'Abdullah reported: The Companions of the Messenger of Allah did not consider the abandonment of any action as disbelief except neglecting Salat. At- Tirmidhi.
وعن شقيق بن عبد الله التابعي المتفق على جلالته رحمه الله قال‏:‏ كان أصحاب محمد لا يرون شيئًا من الأعمال تركه كفر غير الصلاة‏.‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه الترمذي في كتاب الإيمان بإسناد صحيح‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏

EXPLANATIONS:

Therefore, we must make sure that we are performing our salats regularly and with full concentration so that we can reap its benefits in this world and the hereafter.
