Seek protection/help from God at all times and for all matters

This hadith is about seeking refuge in Allah. It was narrated by Uqbah bin 'Amir, who reported that the Prophet Muhammad said that two verses were revealed to him from the Quran. These verses are Surah 113 and 114, which both talk about seeking refuge with Allah. In these verses, we learn that we should seek protection from Him at all times and for all matters.
