Drink water in a standing posture when necessary

This hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) drinking water while standing. It was reported by An-Nazzal bin Sabrah who saw Ali bin Abu Talib doing the same thing. The Prophet's action of drinking water while standing is an example for us to follow as it shows us that we should not waste time and energy on unnecessary things. We should use our time wisely and do things quickly so that we can get more done in less time. This hadith also teaches us to be mindful of our actions and how they affect others around us. We should always strive to do what is right and set an example for those around us so that they too can benefit from our good deeds.
