Conveying Information to Those Who Are Absent

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) instructed people to pass on information to those who are not present.

Bahz bin Hakim narrated from his father that his grandfather Mu'awiyah Al-Qushayri said: "The Messenger of Allah said: 'Let the one who is present convey to the one who is absent'."
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ، عَنْ بَهْزِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، مُعَاوِيَةَ الْقُشَيْرِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ ـ ‏ "‏ أَلاَ لِيُبَلِّغِ الشَّاهِدُ الْغَائِبَ
