EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith narrates a conversation between Abdullah bin Shaqiq and Aishah in which he asked her which companion of the Prophet was most beloved to him. She replied that it was Abu Bakr, then Umar and then Abu Ubaidah. This hadith shows us that all three companions were very close to the Prophet and held in high regard by him. It also teaches us that we should strive to be like them in our faith and deeds so that we can be beloved by Allah too. We should also remember their sacrifices for Islam as they are an example for us all on how to live our lives according to Islamic teachings.
