Seven People Who Will Be Shaded By Allah

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) mentioned seven people who will be shaded by Allah on the Day of Judgement, and these people are those who have done good deeds such as being a just leader, worshipping Allah, loving each other for the sake of Allah, remembering Allah in solitude and giving charity.

Yahya related to me from Malik from Khubayb ibn Abd ar-Rahman al- Ansari from Hafs ibn Asim that either Abu Said al-Khudri or Abu Hurayra said, "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, 'There are seven whom Allah will shade in His shade on the day on which there is no shade except His shade: a just imam, a youth who grows up worshipping Allah, a man whose heart is attached to the mosque when he leaves it until he returns to it, two men who love each other in Allah and meet for that and part for that, a man who remembers Allah when he is alone and his eyes overflow with tears, a man who refuses the approaches of a noble, beautiful woman, saying "I fear Allah," and a man who gives sadaqa and conceals it so that his left hand does not know what his right hand gives'. "

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us about seven people who will be shaded by Allah on the Day of Judgement. These people are those who have done good deeds such as being a just leader, worshipping Allah, loving each other for the sake of Allah, remembering Him in solitude and his eyes overflowing with tears due to his remembrance of Him; refusing approaches from beautiful women out of fear for God; and giving charity while concealing it so that even one's left hand does not know what one's right hand gives. This hadith teaches us that we should strive to do good deeds in order to gain God’s pleasure and mercy. We should also remember Him often so that our hearts become attached to Him and His remembrance brings tears to our eyes out of love for Him. Furthermore, we should always remain humble before others regardless if they are noble or not; give charity without expecting anything in return; and love each other only because it pleases God.
