EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith narrates the story of three prominent figures in Islamic history - Umar ibn al-Khattab, Ali ibn Abi Talib and Uthman ibn Affan - who drank while standing. This hadith serves as an example of how even the most respected people in Islamic history did not always follow all the rules to a tee. It teaches us that it is okay to make mistakes sometimes and that we should not be too hard on ourselves when we do so. Furthermore, it also shows us that even though these three men were great leaders they still made mistakes like everyone else.
