QUICK LESSONS:
Helping those in need by providing them basic necessities like food.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is narrated by Ibn 'Abbas and it talks about providing food to those in need during the pre-Islamic period of ignorance. It was a common practice among people to provide food to those who were less fortunate than them, and this tradition was continued even after Islam came into being. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) encouraged people to give charity and help those in need, so that everyone can have access to basic necessities such as food. This hadith serves as an example of how we should always strive to help others, no matter what our circumstances are. We should never forget that Allah has blessed us with so much, and it is our duty to share these blessings with others who are less fortunate than us.
