Give gifts generously and fairly; Follow Islamic laws regarding inheritance

This hadith explains that when someone is given a life pension, they are entitled to keep it for themselves and their posterity. It cannot be taken away by the one who gave it because they have already given a gift. The rules of inheritance apply to this gift as well. This means that if something happens to the recipient of the pension before they can pass it on to their posterity, then according to Islamic law, the pension will go into inheritance with other assets of theirs.
