Strive for fairness and justice in our dealings with others

This hadith is about a situation in which two grandmothers came to Abu Bakr as Siddiq asking for their share of an inheritance. A man from the Ansar suggested that both women should receive a portion of the inheritance even though only one was related to him through his mother. After considering this suggestion, Abu Bakr decided to divide the sixth between them both.
