Follow instructions given by religious leaders ; Abstain from activities considered haram during certain times ; Understand importance of rituals in religion ; Have patience while following instructions even if it seems difficult ; Respect religious practices even if it requires some effort on our part .

This hadith is about the conduct of Hajj according to Umar ibn al-Khattab. He gave a khutba or sermon at Arafa where he taught people the rules of performing Hajj. One such rule was that when they reach Mina after stoning the jamra, whatever was forbidden for someone performing hajj becomes permissible except women and scent. This means that once a person has reached Mina after stoning the jamra, he can do all those things which were forbidden before like cutting nails or hair etc., but he should not touch any woman or use any kind of scent until he has done tawaf around Kaaba which is an important part of hajj ritual.
