This hadith is about the importance of purity when performing religious rituals such as Hajj and Umrah. The Prophet Muhammad was at Hunayn when a bedouin came to him wearing a shirt with yellow traces on it. He asked what he should do since he had already entered ihram for umra. The Prophet advised him to take off his shirt and wash off the yellowness before doing umra as he would do for hajj.
