Follow Islamic laws & regulations regardless of one's status or position in society .

This hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad's practice of fasting after having intercourse with his wives in the morning. This shows that even though he was a prophet and messenger of Allah SWT he still followed Islamic laws and regulations like any other Muslim would do. He did not exempt himself from following these rules even though he was a prophet. This hadith also teaches us that we should strive to follow Islamic laws and regulations no matter what our status is or who we are as Muslims. We should all strive to be obedient servants of Allah SWT by following His commands and teachings as closely as possible.
