Be generous with your wealth and help those who are less fortunate than you.

This hadith discusses the Islamic practice of paying zakat, which is a form of charity that Muslims must give in order to purify their wealth and help those in need. The hadith states that a man does not have to pay zakat for the slaves of his own slaves, someone employed by him, or his wife's slaves unless they are indispensable services he needs from them. Additionally, he does not have to pay zakat for any non-Muslim slave whether it be used for trade or otherwise.
