The Superiority of Prayers in the Prophet's Mosque

SUMMARY: Prayers in the Prophet's mosque are better than a thousand prayers in any other mosque, except for the Masjid al-Haram.

Yahya related to me from Malik from Zayd ibn Rabah and Ubaydullah ibn Abi Abdullah Salman al-Agharr from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "A prayer in this mosque of mine is better than a thousand prayers in any other mosque, except the Masjid al-Haram (in Makka)".

Prioritize worship , strive for sincerity & devotion when offering prayers .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the superiority of prayers offered at the Prophet’s mosque over those offered at any other mosque. It was narrated by Yahya from Malik from Zayd ibn Rabah and Ubaydullah ibn Abi Abdullah Salman al-Agharr from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah said that a prayer offered at his mosque is better than a thousand prayers offered elsewhere except for those offered at Masjid Al Haram in Makka. This hadith teaches us to prioritize our worship and to strive to offer our prayers wherever we can with sincerity and devotion as it will be rewarded more than if we were to offer them elsewhere.
