This hadith is about the proper etiquette when praying. It is narrated by Wasi ibn Habban who was praying and Abdullah ibn Umar was resting his back on the wall of the qibla. When Wasi finished his prayer, he turned towards Abdullah on his left hand side. Abdullah asked him why he did not turn to his right and Wasi replied that he saw him and turned towards him instead. Abdullah then said that it is okay to turn whichever way one wishes when they are praying, either to their right or their left.
