QUICK LESSONS:
Strive for perfection in prayers even if it's something small like moving slightly forward during ruku . Be mindful of your movements during prayer so as not to disrupt it or take away from its beauty and meaning .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the practice of Abdullah ibn Masud, who was a companion of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. He used to move forward slightly while he was in the position of ruku, which is a part of salah or prayer. Ruku is when one bows down with their hands on their knees and back straight. It is important to remember that this movement should be slight and not too much as it can disrupt the prayer. The lesson from this hadith is that we should always strive for perfection in our prayers, even if it's something small like moving slightly forward during ruku. We should also remember that we must be mindful of our movements during prayer so as not to disrupt it or take away from its beauty and meaning.
