EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of praying subh and reciting suratal baqarah during it. It was narrated by Yahya from Malik from Hisham ibn Urwa from his father that Abu Bakr as Siddiq prayed subh and recited suratal baqarah in the two rak'as. This shows us how important it is to recite Quran during prayer, especially suratal baqarah which is one of the longest chapters in Quran. It also teaches us to be consistent with our prayers and to make sure we are doing them correctly according to Sunnah. Furthermore, this hadith also serves as an example for us on how we should pray our salats; by being mindful of what we are saying and taking our time while doing so.
