This hadith is about the importance of performing wudu before praying over a dead person in the mosque. It is narrated by Yahya who heard it from Malik who heard it from Nafi that Abdullah ibn Umar urinated in the market place and then did wudu, washing his face and hands and wiping his head. After this he was called to pray over a dead person so he wiped over his leather socks instead of taking them off for wudhu again as this would have taken too long.
