Pray regularly and on time

This hadith is about the importance of prayer in Islam. It was narrated from 'Ali that The Prophet prayed four rak’ahs before the time of Zuhr prayer. A rak’ah is a unit of Islamic prayer and zuhr is one of the five daily prayers Muslims are obligated to perform. This hadith emphasizes the importance of praying regularly and on time as it was narrated that The Prophet himself performed four rak’ahs before zuhr every day. It also shows us how important it is to follow in the footsteps of our beloved prophet Muhammad ﷺ as he set an example for us to follow in all aspects of life including prayer and worshiping Allah SWT.
