Pray regularly , Sit patiently after praying or before praying .

This hadith speaks of the blessings that are sent by angels to those who pray and wait for prayer. According to this hadith, when a person prays and then sits in the same place afterwards, the angels send their blessings upon him with two requests - asking Allah to forgive him and have mercy on him. Similarly, if someone is waiting for prayer in that same spot before it begins, then again the angels will send their blessings with these two requests. This hadith teaches us about how important it is to be patient while waiting for prayer as well as how much reward we can receive from Allah through His angels' prayers even after we have finished our own prayers. It also reminds us of how merciful Allah is towards His servants and encourages us to seek forgiveness from Him often so that He may shower us with His mercy and love.
