Follow examples set by prophets , Emulate actions .

This hadith is about following the example of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. It was narrated by Maisarah and Zadhan that Ali drank whilst standing then he said that if he drinks whilst standing it was because he saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ drink whilst standing and if he drinks whilst sitting it was because he saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ drink whilst sitting. This hadith teaches us to follow in the footsteps of our beloved prophet ﷺ as an act of worship to Allah SWT. We should strive to emulate his actions in all aspects so that we can be closer to him and gain rewards from Allah SWT for doing so. We should also remember that whatever action we do must be done with sincerity for it to be accepted by Allah SWT.
