This hadith is about the importance of wudoo in Islam and how it applies to madhi, which is an emission of fluid from the body due to sexual arousal or excitement. It was narrated by Ali bin Abi Talib that when he was troubled by this issue, he asked al-Miqdad to ask the Prophet Muhammad about it and he said that wudoo is necessary for it.
