The Unfindable Companion

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said that the Day of Judgement will not come until one of his companions is sought for but cannot be found.

QUICK LESSONS:
Prepare oneself for judgement day through good deeds and repentance; stay away from bad deeds; remember Allah always .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the coming of the Last Day or the Day of Judgement. It was narrated by Ali ibn Abi Talib that Prophet Muhammad said that before this day comes, one of his companions will be sought for but cannot be found. This means that when this happens it will be a sign to us that the Last Day is near and we should prepare ourselves for it by doing good deeds and repenting our sins. We should also remember to stay away from bad deeds as they can delay our judgement day and make us suffer in this world and in the hereafter.
