This hadith speaks about the importance of generosity and sharing. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was given a suit of pure silk as a gift, which he then sent to his companion Ali ibn Abi Talib ﷺ. When Ali went to meet him wearing this suit, the Prophet showed signs of anger on his face. In response, Ali decided to share this gift among his womenfolk instead of keeping it for himself alone.
