Pray regularly , Give charity in form of Zakat , Be kind towards others .

This hadith is about the importance of prayer, zakat and kindness. It was narrated by Ali bin Abi Talib that the Prophet Muhammad wanted him to bring something on which he could write so that his Ummah would not be misguided after he was gone. Ali said he was afraid that the Prophet would die before he could bring it so instead offered to memorize and understand what the Prophet wanted him to do. The Prophet then told him to pray, pay zakat and be kind to those whom his right hand possessed. This hadith teaches us how important it is for us as Muslims to pray regularly, give charity in form of zakat and also be kind towards others especially those who are under our care or authority such as family members or employees. It also shows us how important it is for us as Muslims not only just memorize but also understand what we learn from our religion so we can practice it in our daily lives accordingly.
