Refraining from Hair Dyeing

SUMMARY: Uthman never dyed his hair.

Umm Ghurab narrated that Bunanah said: ’Uthman never dyed his hair.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَتْنِي أُمُّ غُرَابٍ، عَنْ بُنَانَةَ، قَالَتْ مَا خَضَبَ عُثْمَانُ قَطُّ‏.‏

This hadith is about the practice of refraining from dyeing one's hair. It was narrated by Umm Ghurab and Bunanah that Uthman never dyed his hair. We should be proud of who we are and accept ourselves as we are without trying to alter our looks artificially.
