QUICK LESSONS:
Wake up early in the morning and use your time wisely .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the consequences of sleeping late in the morning. It was narrated from 'Amr bin 'Uthman bin 'Affan that his father said that the Messenger of Allah said, "Sleeping early in the morning leads to withholding of provision." This means that if someone sleeps too late into the morning, they may not have enough provisions or resources for their needs. This could be because they are missing out on opportunities to work and make money, or it could be because they are wasting time instead of using it productively. Therefore, this hadith encourages people to wake up early and use their time wisely so that they can have enough provisions for themselves and their families.
