Building mosques for the sake of Allah

This hadith speaks about the reward that one can receive from building a mosque for Allah. Uthman wanted to build an extension to the mosque in Madinah but people objected. However, Uthman reminded them that he heard Prophet Muhammad say that whoever builds a mosque for the sake of Allah will be rewarded with a house like it in paradise. This hadith teaches us that if we do good deeds such as building mosques or helping others then we will be rewarded by God in this life and also in paradise. It also teaches us not to object when someone wants to do something good because they may be doing it out of their love and devotion towards God.
