SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught that when night comes and day departs, the fasting person may break their fast.

QUICK LESSONS:
Observe religious obligations with discipline & dedication .
EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught his followers to observe fasting during the day, from dawn until sunset. When night falls and day departs, it is time for those who have been fasting to break their fast. This hadith teaches us that we should observe our religious obligations with discipline and dedication, but also with mercy and kindness towards ourselves. We should not push ourselves too hard or put too much strain on our bodies in order to fulfill our religious duties; rather, we should take into account our own physical limitations as well as the natural cycles of day and night in order to ensure that we are able to properly observe all of our religious obligations without putting undue stress on ourselves.
